By accessing https://www.eddglobal.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern use of the Site itself and the submission of inquiries; they do not constitute a service agreement, which is set out separately in a signed statement of work for each engagement.

Content on the Site — including service descriptions and case study results — is provided for general informational purposes. Pricing is provided on request only; final scope and price are confirmed in a written proposal before any engagement begins.

3. No obligation from inquiries

Submitting the contact form is a request for information and does not create a contract, retainer, or obligation on either party. A binding engagement begins only when both parties sign a separate statement of work or services agreement.

4. Intellectual property

The Site’s design, text, and graphics are owned by EddGlobal Digital LLC unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission. Ownership of deliverables produced under a signed engagement is governed by that engagement’s agreement.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EddGlobal Digital LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.
